This Privacy & Cookie Policy describes how MONT LUXE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC, doing business as Mont Luxe Collection ("Mont Luxe Collection," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit montluxecollection.com (the "Website"), contact us, submit a form, or book a stay at one of our properties.

  • Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, owner inquiry form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property details (for owner inquiries), and the contents of your message.


  • Booking information. When you book a stay, your reservation is processed through our booking platform, Guesty. Booking-related data — including guest names, contact details, payment information, and stay details — is collected and processed subject to the privacy and cookie policy presented during the booking process. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers on the Website.


  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our website platform may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs. See Section 6 (Cookies) below.


2. How We Use Your Information


We use personal information to: respond to inquiries and communicate with you; process, confirm, and manage reservations; provide check-in instructions, stay-related communications, and guest support; evaluate owner inquiries and manage owner relationships; process payments and any post-stay charges as described in our Terms & Conditions; maintain the security and functionality of the Website; comply with legal obligations, including tax and lodging regulations; and, with your consent where required, send occasional marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time.


3. How We Share Your Information


We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with:  service providers who help us operate our business, including our booking and property-management platform (Guesty), payment processors, website hosting platform, and communication tools; **listing channels** (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) where necessary to manage a reservation made through those channels; **property owners** in our collection, only as needed to manage your stay; and **legal authorities** where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, guests, or properties.


Each service provider processes your information under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes we engage it for.


4. Text Messages and Communications


By providing your phone number in connection with a booking or inquiry, you consent to receive transactional and stay-related communications (booking confirmations, check-in instructions, payment notices, and operational updates) by email, SMS, or phone. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us at the address below.


5. Data Retention


We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including satisfying legal, accounting, tax, and lodging-compliance requirements, and resolving disputes. Inquiry data that does not result in a booking or owner relationship is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

The Website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar technologies to make the Website function and to understand how it is used.


Essential cookies are required for the Website to operate (for example, page delivery, security, and form submission). These cannot be switched off.
