Booking through third-party channels

If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another listing channel, the cancellation policy displayed on that channel at the time of booking applies, and cancellations must be processed through that channel.

No-shows and early departures

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable cancellation policy.
