A collective of extraordinary homes

Owner-curated luxury retreats. Thoughtfully run. Quietly excellent.

the collective

Not a property manager.

A collective of owners.

Mont Luxe Collection is a small, owner-led group of luxury homes in Colorado's Fraser Valley – Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, and Granby. Every home is owned, designed, and run by people who actually live the standard they sell — not procured by a vendor, not staffed out to a call center.

The result is a guest experience that feels personal because it is. The linens are chosen. The kitchens are stocked. The local team is small, sharp, and accountable. You hear from us before you have to ask.

the Experience

Grand County, Colorado

Closer to Denver than Aspen. Quieter than Vail. Far larger than its reputation.

Grand County is a string of mountain towns along the Fraser River and the headwaters of the Colorado — Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, and Granby — each with its own character and none with any pretense about it. Our homes are multi-million-dollar private residences set among them: minutes from the lifts, walking distance to town, a short drive from the water and the wilderness, and outfitted with custom amenities that make a mountain feel like it belongs to you.

Out the front door, the whole valley. Winter Park brings Colorado's longest-running ski resort, the scenic gondola to the Continental Divide, and forty-plus miles of lift-served downhill at Trestle Bike Park. Fraser — the self-proclaimed "Icebox of the Nation" — is tubing hills, breweries, a funky downtown, and dawn hot-air balloon flights over the valley. Tabernash is home to Devil's Thumb Ranch, with horseback riding, fly fishing, and one of North America's great Nordic centers. And Granby is where the mountains meet the water: sailing on Lake Granby, a thousand miles of snowmobile trail, family skiing at Granby Ranch, and the western gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Add an alpine slide, high-ropes courses, hiking and snowshoeing in every direction, and white-water rafting on the Colorado, and you have four towns, one valley, and a year-round mountain west that asks nothing of you but to show up.
